What does it cost?
As with most assurance schemes and food marques, Red Tractor charges a licence fee to businesses within the supply chain when a claim is being made or the logo is being used.
For existing licensees, the previous year’s declared invoiced sales value of Red Tractor claimed products sold, is used to calculate the annual licence fee.
Annual licence runs 1st April to 31st March
The fee is 0.03% of invoiced sales value
for non-livestock products and 0.05% of sales for livestock products
Excluding VAT
A minimum and a maximum fee apply
