We understand that different people like to receive information in different ways. That’s why in addition to our website, phone and email services, we provide regular updates and opportunities to get in touch with our team via social media. You’ll find us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn . These channels are monitored during working hours.
Moderating our Accounts
To ensure Red Tractor’s social media channels remain a safe place for open, constructive discussion, we actively moderate our social media pages.
We reserve the right to remove comments that:
- contain abusive, offensive, hateful or provocative language – including swearing, rude or indecent comments
- link to obscene or offensive material
- contain abuse directed at any individual including our staff
- are spam
- promote any product, service or publication not relevant to the discussion
- are designed to cause trouble for the page administrator or other users
- contain personal information, such as images, addresses or contact details which could put someone at risk
- contain factually misleading or false information.
We may also block accounts from our social pages, and report offenses to the owners of the social media channel, if these rules are broken repeatedly or immediately for serious offences.
