Red Tractor knows that while farming is rewarding, it can also be very tough. Mental health and well-being are just as important as physical health, and everyone faces challenging times.
Our newly appointed Vice Chair, John Pain, will be making sure that the wellbeing of members is incorporated into all of Red Tractor’s decision-making. John is already speaking with relevant organisations, such as RABI and FCN, to seek their input.
