The awards are one of the most prestigious evenings in the UK farming calendar, a black-tie celebration of outstanding farmers and food producers from across the country. Our sponsorship celebrates excellence, innovation and best practice across mixed farming.

Travel: We’ll cover rail expenses to London.
Stay: Enjoy complimentary accommodation in London on the night of the awards.
How to Enter
- Provide your name, email address, contact number and Red Tractor membership number.
- Tell us how long you’ve been Red Tractor Assured.
- Share a photo and two lines about what being assured means to you and your business.

Winners will be selected at random on 2 September 2025.

Terms and Conditions
- The draw is only open to Red Tractor members with a valid Red Tractor membership number.
- Entries close at 23:59 on Monday 1 September 2025.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed before the winner is selected.
- Three winners will each receive:
- Two tickets to attend the Farmers Weekly Awards, with two seats at Red Tractor’s table allocated to each winner.
- Return train tickets for two people from a location within the UK to and from London for the event.
- Accommodation in a single hotel room for the night of the 2 October 2025.
- Red Tractor will email winners to confirm they’ve been selected during week of 1 September 2025.
- Due to the time-sensitive nature of the prize, the winner must respond within 5 days of the notification being sent. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within this period, Red Tractor reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up.
- Once winners have confirmed they are able to attend the event, and details of their guest, Red Tractor will arrange and book travel and accommodation.
- One ticket must be allocated to the Red Tractor member who entered the draw, unless otherwise agreed by Red Tractor.
- All attendees must be age 18 or over.
- There is no cash alternative, and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
- Any other expenses, such as subsistence and clothing, are at winners’ own expense.
- Where consent is given, Red Tractor will use images and quotes provided by entrants as part of its communications about Red Tractor assurance.
- If winners are unable to attend the event, or cannot be contacted, tickets will be reallocated at random to another member who entered the draw.
