At Red Tractor we set rigorous standards to ensure food and drink carrying our logo is safe, and can be trusted. Since 2000 we have been driving world-leading food standards in the UK, so you can be reassured that produce carrying our logo is traceable, safe, and farmed with care.
To do this we work with closely with a panel of experts including vets and animal welfare professionals, agronomists, and food supply chain specialists to develop our standards based on science, evidence, best practice, and legislation that covers animal welfare, food safety, and traceability.
Our standards cover the widest range of British food and drink, and all parts of the food chain, from farms to pack.
